Speech To You was founded by Speech Pathologist and Director, Elly Bryceson, with a simple vision: to provide personalised, practical and meaningful speech pathology support.
We work with people aged 15+ across Melbourne, supporting communication, speech, voice, swallowing and AAC needs.
Our approach is individualised and practical. We take the time to understand each person, their strengths and what matters to them, then work alongside them, their families and support teams to achieve their goals.

Who are our speech pathologists?
Elly founded Speech To You in 2021 after years of working as a community speech pathologist. Our senior clinicians include:
- Elly Bryceson, Director and Senior Speech Pathologist. Bachelor of Speech Pathology, Australian Catholic University. Clinical interests in AAC, swallowing and oral secretion management.
- Natalie Humphris, Clinical Supervisor and Senior Speech Pathologist. Bachelor of Arts in Speech Therapy and Audiology (2014), with experience across acute, subacute and rehabilitation hospitals.
- Vicky Aston, Videofluoroscopy Clinician and Senior Speech Pathologist. Bachelor of Speech Pathology, Australian Catholic University, with experience in acute, subacute, radiation oncology and community settings.
- Germaine McCarthy, Senior Speech Pathologist (Voice). Master of Speech Pathology, La Trobe University (2017), including three years at Voice Medicine Australia.
