Speech To You provides personalised speech pathology across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. We're a mobile service, so our speech pathologists come to you at home, in the community or by telehealth, with clinic appointments available at selected locations.

Swallowing, AAC, stroke, neurological and voice support

We help adults with swallowing difficulties, communication and language after stroke or brain injury, progressive neurological conditions such as MND and Parkinson's disease, voice difficulties, saliva management, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

Do you come to my home?

Yes. Our speech pathologists visit you at home, in the community (cafés, shops and other everyday places), by telehealth, or at selected clinic locations.

Who do you support?

People aged 15 and over who are funded through the NDIS or My Aged Care (Support at Home). [to confirm: whether private clients are seen]

How much does speech pathology cost?

For NDIS participants, our fees follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for therapy supports. [to confirm: hourly rate, travel charges and My Aged Care fees]

What conditions do you work with?

Neurological, acquired and developmental conditions, including motor neurone disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, dementia, stroke, acquired brain injury, Down syndrome, intellectual disability and cerebral palsy.

Do you help with swallowing difficulties?

Yes. We provide swallowing assessments, mealtime management plans in line with the IDDSI framework, and videofluoroscopy (swallow x-ray) assessments.

How do I make a referral?

Anyone can refer, including clients, families, support coordinators and health professionals. Complete our online referral form and our team will be in touch.
